Not satisfied with your products? Don’t worry! We’re here for you. Please reach out to us at support@elegx.com and let us know your problems. 

  1. Warranty: Elegx providing warranty for all the product, offering free repair or replacement for any quality issues.

  2. Repair Services: Elegx offering professional repair services for product malfunctions or damages, including the replacement and repair of faulty parts.

Return & Refund

If for some reason our products can’t satisfy your needs, we’ll take it back for free charging as long as it’s unused and in new condition*

If a product arrives broken or defective, we’ll replace a new one or provide a full refund without any charge. We accept the refund request at any time within 30 days, beginning on the day you receive the goods. 

 

Refund Process

Step 1   Email to support@elegx.com. to require a return (including the reason for the return)

Step 2   Waiting for the return confirmation with the return address from us.

Step 3   Send the products back to our warehouse.

Who will pay for the shipping fee for the return
  • Elegx will bear the shipping freight for returns that are caused by products that arrived with quality problems or are defective. 
  • For return & refund not caused by product problems, the freight is borne by the customer.

 

When will l receive my refund?

  • Refunds will be refunded to the original payment account. Paypal generally 1-3 working days, and credit card generally 5-10 working days which varies from different banks. Contact your card-issuing bank for questions about when to credit your account.
  • If you haven't received a credit for a return, please do the following: Contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account.

PLEASE NOTE

  • We do not charge any extra fees on returns.

For return & refund not caused by product problems,you will be responsible for the cost of your return

  • Items from different orders cannot be returned within the same package.
  •  Please DON'T return any damaged goods unless you're told to by a member of our support team. If you do this, it will delay us in resolving your issue.

 

Eligibility for Refund

  • Products must be in same condition (without appearance damage) in which you received them.
  • Products must be in same condition (without functional damage) in which you received them.
  • Products must be in same condition (without accessories lost) in which you received them.

 

The following products cannot be returned for three reasons.

  • The appearance of the product is damaged                                
  • The function of the product is damaged                                                        
  • The accessories are lost                                                             
  • Received product more than 30 days
